Vendome Group acquires Andrews Conferences

Vendome Group, LLC, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Andrews Conferences, known industry wide as the Construction Superconference.

For more than 20 years, Andrews Conferences has been the premiere provider of events for the construction and development industry including owners, developers, project sponsors, contractors, engineers, government officials and their professional legal and financial advisors. The meetings serve as a forum for key industry experts to exchange ideas and share insights into the construction industry's risks and opportunities. The diversity of discussion topics led by leading practitioners attracts high caliber attendees, senor officers, managers and executives who put together major projects and alliances.

The business consists of two annual events, held each December in San Francisco and each May in London. This year's London 2006 event will focus on Constructing and Financing Infrastructure. It will have the support of three major industry organizations, The European International Contractors (EIC), which represents international contactors from 16 countries; the British Consultants and Construction Bureau (BCCB), the leading private sector organization for the export of British expertise; and the International Project Finance Association (IPFA). In addition, attendees and sponsors will be welcomed by HRH, the Duke of Gloucester, President of BCCB, who will share his own professional expertise as an architect.

The acquisition of Andrews Conferences represents Vendome's sixth acquisition since inception in July 2004.
