Lola Fritz, RN, BA Lola Fritz is the Director of Operational Facilities Planning for Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend.She began her career as an Emergency Room Nurse, where she worked with her CEN for 15 years. Lola managed PeaceHealth Oregon Region's Emergency Department for 10 years. A move to the Center for Healthcare Improvement (CHI) gave Lola the opportunity to learn the Toyota Production System model of improvement … Lean Manufacturing …. and translated it into healthcare. In doing this, she worked with Engineers and a Japanese Sensei at manufacturing plants.
