Michael R. Cohen (CPHIT, CPEHR, FHIMSS, MM)is President of MRC Consulting Group and a Principal at Cardinal Consulting Inc. He specializes in helping health care organizations get more value out of their information technology (IT) investments. He has 30 years of experience in health care IT, working with leading consulting firms, as a hospital administrator and as a vendor. He has helped numerous large and small healthcare providers plan for, select and implement large scale and strategic information systems, with a recent emphasis on Electronic Health Record systems.
