Training your staff to think like an investigator before an adverse event occursand to respond correctly when one does happenis essential for all long-term care managers. This 60-minute training tool clearly outlines staff roles, responsibilities, and actions and shows the best way to establish policies for each. For instance, it shows what the first responder to an adverse incident should do immediatelyand what they should never do, though it goes against their instincts. A great time and work-saver for managers. This training tool on CD is an excellent companion to the book.
