  With more than 18 years experience recruiting talent for the Healthcare IT world, Marsha Tatt has helped to build successful teams throughout the industry. MTA provides personal attention, insight and experience to ensure that the right fit for both the candidate and the hiring organization.

As President and Founder of MTA, Marsha earned her designation of Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) in 1992 from the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). Marsha holds a BA in Psychology from Emory University and is a member in good standing with ANIA, AMIA, HIMSS, MSHUG & Sunshine.
     

 


 

Will Prater

As a Certified Life Coach with more than 17 years of experience as a software developer, project manager and team leader in the information technology industry, Will Prater possesses a unique skill set to understand the needs of a hiring organization and identifying the right talent to meet those needs.
