Bill Rostenberg, FAIA, FACHA, ACHA, EDAC is a Principal and Director of Research with Anshen + Allen Architects in San Francisco. Anshen+Allen is an internationally recognized architectural firm specializing in the design of state-of-the-art facilities for healing, learning and discovery.

Mr. Rostenberg has written numerous books and articles about the design and planning of healthcare facilities, including The Architecture of Medical Imaging; Design Planning for Freestanding Ambulatory Care Facilities, "Medical Technology and Facility Design in a Managed Care Environment"; "The Intersection of Evidence-based Design and Sustainability"; and "Alternative Healthcare Facilities: Design Reflects Quality Image". Bill is an Advisory Board Member of the Health Environments Research Design (HERD) Journal and is an Editorial Board Member of Enterprise Imaging and Therapeutic Radiology Management Magazine. Bill was elevated to Fellowship in the American Institute of Architects in 2001 for his notable contributions in advancing the practice standards of architecture and was recently named by HEALTHCARE DESIGN Magazine as one of "Twenty Five Most Influential People."

Under her title of Associate Vice President for Capital Planning and Management, Lipka is responsible for $3 billion in new construction and renovation projects for the institution. She is in charge of providing facilities planning, design services, space guidelines, interior standards, real estate services, construction management services, and wayfinding standards to M. D. His career has afforded him the opportunity to lead engagements in all regions of North America, in Europe, and in most Pacific Rim countries. Mr. Latimer is a frequent writer and sought-after speaker on the topic of healthcare facility planning, both in the United States and abroad. He has personally led the firm's research efforts into topics related to the planning of health facilities.
