Filling in the Blanks of an Aging Campus is a webinar presentation that explores successful rebranding and repositioning strategies used at facilities in the long-term care industry.

Repositioning is the most popular buzz word in the senior living industry today, and for many providers it is the difference between thriving and fading away. This panel presentation (with case studies) will illustrate components of successful repositioning efforts and will focus on how to evaluate design and construction options, address political and governance issues, identify one's place and re-brand in the local senior market, and most important, manage the culture change process internally. This session is a must for care-giving teams wishing to remain vibrant and provide compassionate care in the 21st century!
