About the Speaker

Jon D. Groussman, J.D. is the President and COO of Cap, Index, Inc. He provides security management consulting services and risk/liability mitigation solutions to private industry and the public sector and is also retained as an expert witness in lawsuits charging negligent security. He has conducted numerous training seminars in the areas of security and premises liability and has taught courses at Northeastern University in civil liability and the legal aspects of security management.
