Are You REALLY Ready to Launch? The Importance of Conducting a Project Launch Readiness Assessment is a webinar presentation that focuses on Project Launch Readiness for healthcare organizations undertaking capital construction or renovation projects.  Using case studies, it helps organizations begin their own project assessments.

Taking on a construction capital project, such as a replacement hospital or a major tower addition, is a complex process and one that cannot be left to chance. Prior to launching into a major facility project, owners and project delivery team members must ask themselves, "Are we ready?"  Poor alignment of expectations and goals at the outset can cause delays, cost money, or even jeopardize the project down the road.

Are You REALLY Ready to Launch? The Importance of Conducting a Project Launch Readiness Assessment will help healthcare executives and project delivery team members understand the importance of conducting a project launch readiness assessment. Using case studies from actual projects our speaker shares his formula for success.

Webinar Learning Objectives

With a focus on the "Big Three of Scope, Schedule and Budget" attendees will:

  • Gain an understanding of what needs to be done and learn what hospital executives and delivery team members typically know, what they think they know, and what they have not even considered in the process.
  • Learn how to ensure project success by accurately determining an organization's "readiness" to implement a major capital project.
  • Enhance their knowledge of the assessment process and how to utilize readiness assessment tools.
